Provider and scope
Obster is a brand of LESAMI ONLINE SL, Spain. These conditions cover website subscriptions. Ecommerce, advertising, social media, branding, Amazon consulting and bespoke integrations are quoted separately. The accepted written proposal identifies the services, limits, price, taxes, billing, renewal and cancellation conditions. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
Free preview and contracting
A free preview request does not create a subscription or authorise payment. The first working proposal is offered within 24 working hours after sufficient information is received and project eligibility is confirmed. Launch timing depends on materials, revisions and approval. Preview links can be accessed by anyone who knows the URL; they are not password-protected. A paid service begins only after express acceptance of the proposal and terms, with confirmation by email.
Subscription and payment
Standard website plans have no setup fee. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance; annual plans are prepaid for 12 months at the advertised annual price. The monthly equivalent of an annual plan is a comparison, not monthly billing. Prices shown exclude VAT; applicable taxes and the total payable are supplied before acceptance. Renewal, cancellation and any refunds are agreed in writing before contracting. Additional work and third-party fees require prior agreement.
Website rights and your domain
The subscription provides a non-exclusive right to use the website on infrastructure managed by Obster while the service is active. It does not automatically transfer the bespoke code or design, or include a source-code repository or installable copy. A separate transfer can be agreed. You retain rights to your brand and supplied materials and remain the registered holder of your domain. Domain access and transfer are not withheld as security for subscription debts. Third-party licences and mandatory portability and provider-switching rights remain applicable.
Delivery, support and ending the service
The proposal defines pages, languages, content-update time, integrations, hosting, backups and support. Supply accurate information and materials you are authorised to use. We protect confidential information and apply appropriate security measures, without promising uninterrupted availability or immunity from attacks. We notify you of payment issues and a reasonable opportunity to resolve them before suspension, except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons. On termination, access to your materials and data and the recovery arrangements follow the agreement and applicable law. A subscription does not automatically include ongoing hosting after termination.
Privacy, consumer rights and complaints
Our privacy policy explains enquiries and our own processing. Processing personal data on behalf of a client requires a separate data-processing agreement where applicable. Consumers retain mandatory conformity, remedy and withdrawal rights, including the applicable 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. Early performance requires a separate express request where legally required. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory protections, including those of the consumer’s habitual residence where applicable. Contact us about complaints; jurisdiction follows applicable law. Updates to this page do not alone change existing contracts.
